Protocols for Residents, Families, and Visitors when we are in outbreak:
- Where visits to symptomatic residents cannot be avoided, visitors are required to wear the required PPE and to perform hand hygiene with alcohol-based hand sanitizer before donning and after doffing PPE.
- Self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19 and other illnesses before visiting. A self-assessment tool is available if you are unsure of how to self-screen: https://www.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
- Visitors are asked not to visit if they are sick or unwell.
- Residents and visitors are reminded to practice excellent hand hygiene.
- Surgical masks are strongly recommended, but are not mandatory at this time, as per Public Health recommendations.

Thank you in advance for considering the health of our residents, staff, and families. All forms of tobacco-related products are prohibited in all buildings and on our property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, snuff, cigarillos, water pipes, e-cigarettes, lighters, and matches. Breathe easy in our buildings, and enjoy the fresh air as you relax in our lovely garden areas at the back of our property.
