At the Elliott Community, we know that how well food tastes is just as important as its nutritional value. That’s why we do our best to offer menu choices that appeal to every palate. From shrimp stir fry to roast chicken for dinner, from poached eggs to cinnamon scones for breakfast, a wide variety of choices is available.
Registered Dieticians help design the selections to meet our high standards for nutrition. In addition, our dietary staff are also experienced and trained in meeting most special (prescribed) dietary requirements/restrictions such as healthy heart, diabetic, low lactose and renal diet to name just a few.
Working with their guidance, our formally trained, Red Seal Certified chefs prepare the meals so that the flavour is at its best and the meal is well presented.
