We are located near the centre of Guelph, on Metcalfe Street just north of Eramosa Road.

If you are coming from the 401, exit at Highway 6 north (also called the Hanlon Parkway) and proceed to the Speedvale Avenue exit. Turn right (east) and follow Speedvale Avenue for approximately 3 kilometres until you reach Metcalfe Street. Turn right (south) and continue for approximately 3 blocks. The Elliott Community is on your right.

Guelph Transit’s number 8 bus, General Hospital, stops outside our front door at 20 minutes and 50 minutes past the hour.
